When the castle was built in around 1300, it probably wasn’t a particularly exciting place for children. And to be honest, it’s unlikely it got much better over the 650 years that followed. But now things are different. Now you can discover the magic of the castle on your own during the summer and school holidays. You can even hold your birthday party here among the dusty ghosts, knight’s armour and damp dungeons. It would definitely be a unique celebration!
